Returns & Exchanges Policy
Curious about our return/exchange policy? Please be aware that all sales are final unless the order was incorrect. In the case of an incorrect order, kindly email us within 7 days of receiving your order at customercare@inhuemanity.com. Provide your name, order number, a description of the issue, and attach a photograph of the incorrect item. Exceptions to our return and refund policy include ensuring returned items are intact and are in the original product packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.
To start an exchange, follow these steps:
1. Email our team at customercare@inhuemanity.com to initiate the exchange process. We'll guide you through it.
2. Provide information about your original item and specify the item you'd like in exchange. We'll only ship your new item upon receiving the return tracking information. Please note that we don't offer return shipping labels, and the cost is on you.
3. Exchanges may take 5-7 business days after we receive your old item. If your desired item is out of stock, you can exchange it for an item of equal value or in this case we will issue a refund.
4. If upon receiving your item, there appears to be damage or sign of wear or use, we will return the item back to you and there will be no issuance of an exchange or refund.
